Utilizing the revolutionary fluid wedge principle, with no bottom bearing or gland, the Batchmaster provides infinitely variable speed control and increased production efficiency by dramatically reducing production times.

The Batchmaster’s unique draught tube design feature enables production of as little as 10% of mixer volume.

Product viscosity is up to 1 million cps with total uniformity of quality throughout the batch. Vessels can be jacketed for product cooling or heating up to 250°C.
